One of the biggest barriers to adopting new pedagogies that nurture the teaching of skills, values and attitudes is the concern of many stakeholders within the education system that the delivery of locally prescribed curriculum and content will be compromised. However a central principle of our approach to the teaching of core skills is that in order for it to be successful, they must be integrated into the content of the curriculum.
